The Bible is a history book, as well as the Bread of Life for Gods people. Isaiah gives us an allegory of a cataclysmic event and how it happened. Pluto’s effects on the planet Earth caused the seas to rise up and the storms to bring rain on Noah. This is same event that caused the Tower of Babel allegory.
